Yes Weave currently offers a 14 day refund policy.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your hair, Yes Weave will refund or exchange the hair for you within 14 days of hair delivered to you. The hair MUST be in the condition that it was received in (unwashed, unpackaged, labelled) and not altered in anyway.

Once we receive your hair, your FULL Refund or exchange will then be processed.

PLEASE NOTE: Hair can only be exchanged ONCE and we are not responsible for the cost of shipping hair back to us. Hair must be sent back using a TRACKED delivery service. Tracking number & Shipping company name must be emailed to refunds@yesweave.com

WARNING: Fraudsters and Scammers BEWARE of sending Non Yes Weave Hair Bundles back to us in an attempt to get FREE Bundles back from us or get money back. Our bundles have been carefully inspected, checked and can be identified. As such any Non Yes Weave Hair Bundles will be easily identified by our team and legal action taken against you. Any abuses or breaches to this policy will lead to legal action taken againt you.
