RETURN & REFUND POLICY

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your hair, Yes Weave currently offers a 14 day return policy from date order was received by customer. Unfortunately we do not do refunds due to the nature of our products, however store credits worth the amount of your purchase will be issued provided the hair is sent back to us unwashed, unused, unaltered in anyway and in brand new condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your store credit or exchange item has been sent. Please return to the address printed on your shipping label.

If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to refuse your return.

PLEASE NOTE: Hair can only be returned ONCE and we are not responsible for the cost of shipping hair back to us. Hair must be sent back using a TRACKED delivery service. Tracking number & Shipping company name must be emailed to refunds@yesweave.com

HAIR SAMPLES & SALE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE.
